Today we did our 27 weeks Glucose Check. I had to go in at 8;30 and get blood taken, then I had to drink this Gatorade like drink. I didn't think it was bad at all although many people have complained about it. Then I had to wait around an hour and have my blood drawn again. After the second draw, they did an ultrasound. Baby was still in a bad position to get a GOOD picture of the heart. UGH. So the doctor said that she does need that picture so she is going to send us to Peoria to use their sono machine. Not excited about that at all but hopefully that will get the picture we need. Heart rate is about 142 still according to the ultrasound but in the 130's according to the doppler. Got a couple picutres of the baby and I find out if I passed my glucose test in a couple of days. I also only gained 6 pounds this trip so I was happy about that :)
